Welcome to my shop! Looking for a gift? Finds From Fern is searching for new homes, to purchase gently used items along with my Do-It-Yourself homemade vertical picture frame/box planters and homemade art prints. I wrap each purchase carefully, will happily enclose a note and ship to the address of your choice!
When viewing vertical planters or art on Instagram, email me and let me know which planter you like. I have some planters and art prints listed on Etsy and many more that are coming to my Etsy shop. I also do portrait commission work, please contact me with your requests.

1 out of 5 starsSeller sent item in box that was so small that the rack only fit by putting it in the box diagonally, so it was too small. There was also slack in box. The item broke very badly in shipment and it has been well over 2 weeks. She told me to file a case but I already did with photos of the broken item. Today I escalated it.

This case has been resolved. Etsy agreed and reimbursed the buyer 100% under the Etsy Seller Protection Plan. The item was packed and shipped correctly. The post office mis- handled the delivery. It was not the seller’s fault. Sadly, this buyer neglected to update her feedback after kindly being asked to do so, numerous times. I have an email from Etsy confirming my statement. I only wish I could post the Etsy response here, after sending the same email to the buyer, but with Etsy limitations, I’m unable to do that. Any questions, feel free to contact me directly for more information.😎 I’m very sorry this happened and was in continuous contact with the buyer. Again, she was completely reimbursed 100% as is the Etsy policy. Thank you for reading this post.

3 out of 5 starsSorry to say, but this tin appeared to be an all-over faint pink color in the photo. I am collecting vintage pink tins for my daughter-in-law and was surprised to see that it is a pure white with one pink strip. Possibly the resolution?

5 out of 5 starsI highly recommend this vendor. The package was shipped very soon after I placed the order. Some of these delicate items were damaged in transit. Fern was very responsive, remorseful and eager to reach a fair resolution. I would not hesitate to order from Fern again.
